Biron Health Group receives an award from the Institut de la confiance dans les organisations

In February 2020, Biron was honoured to receive an award from the Institut de la confiance dans les organisations (ICO). This recognition highlights Biron’s contribution to the trust that certain personalities and organizations inspire in Quebec society. The winners were chosen following a survey of some 1,000 Quebecers conducted by BIP Research. Respondents were given a choice of 10 organizations divided by category and determined independently by the ICO.

Biron ranked third among the organizations that inspired the most confidence over the past decade (2010-2019) in the “Professionals and Services” category with 19% of the votes.

Respondents were asked to consider criteria that included integrity, reliability, performance, customer service, innovation, social responsibility, transparency, communication and collaboration.
