Biron Sleep Care is finalist at the Mercuriades

Biron Health Group is proud to announce that Biron Sleep Care was finalist at The Mercuriades in the “Innovation technologique Telus” and “Stratégies d’affaires Ordre des CPA du Québec” categories. The Mercuriades Awards recognize excellence in Quebec businesses.

These nominations reflects the attention we pay to our patients’ experience. For the jury, it was Biron Sleep Care’s shift to digital services which stood out. We redefined our strategy for broadening access to our sleep care services by going digital, not relying on the physical network of clinics for screening, diagnosing and treating patients. Despite the challenges of the pandemic and the worldwide recall of CPAP machines by Philips, we persevered and stepped up our digital transformation.

Our progress helped us strengthen our position Canada-wide and improve both the provision and quality of our care. Our patients now enjoy an enhanced experience through our online platform, with personalized recommendations and teleconsultations accessible whenever and wherever. Our sleep screening test is a great example of our digital transformation.
