What to know before your appointment
Important Information : CPAP Sales - Renewal
The purpose of the consultation is to gather your needs in order to propose a device and mask adapted to your conditions and situation and to give you the tools to use your equipment properly. The professional will briefly explain the operation and maintenance of your equipment and following your consultation, you will receive explanatory videos that will support you in your journey.
Please allow up to one hour for your consultation.
During the consultation
- Your medical prescription if you have not already purchased a CPAP machine from Biron
- A photo ID.
- A ruler or tape measure (if your consultation is via videoconference)
- Your payment method (see options below)
Before the appointment, it is recommended that you check with your insurance company to see if the costs are covered.
Before concluding the transaction, during the consultation, you will have to agree to our terms of sale which include the guarantee of the articles, the adaptation period, the remote follow-up program and the accompaniment. We invite you to read them now.

Payment
During the consultation, the equipment can be paid by:
- Debit card (in Clinic only)
- Credit (VISA or Mastercard).
Payment Agreement
Biron offers you the option of paying in 4 interest-free installments or in 12 installments at an annual interest rate of 18%. At the time of your consultation, you will be asked to pay the first instalment and sign a sales contract to agree on the subsequent method of payment, either through pre-authorized payments automatically deducted from your bank account (specimen cheque required) or on your credit card.
