Launch of Employee Donations and Sponsorships Program

It is with great enthusiasm that we launch a new donation and sponsorship program for our team members. Through this human initiative, Biron wishes to encourage employees and their immediate family or close friends to pursue their dreams, realize their challenges, and fulfill their passions.

The program aims to encourage various causes and strengthen the bonds of solidarity and commitment.

What are the terms and conditions of the Employee Donations and Sponsorships Program?

As of fall 2024, staff members can register by filling out an online form. Registration is open to everyone who works at Biron, and they can choose the cause or event of their choice, whether it concerns the person directly or someone close to them. At the end of each month, the Donations and Sponsorships Committee meets to process requests.

The causes or events supported must align with Biron's values, such as health and family. The committee ensures that each request is examined according to these criteria. We are proud to support many causes, related to health, culture, sport, and education.

Since the launch of this program in October 2024, more than 30 people have received a helping hand to finance their projects or commitments. What a source of pride Biron has to count among its troop colleagues who have a strong commitment to their community!
