Social Media Use Policy

Biron Groupe Santé inc. seeks to exchange in an informative and constructive manner with the general public. Positive and critical comments are welcome as long as they are expressed with respect for others. In this context, our team reserves the right to delete comments or ban users who do not comply with the following principles:

Respect

  • Any abusive, defamatory, hateful, threatening, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, sexist, disgraceful, vulgar or abusive language, including false or unsubstantiated allegations, personal attacks, harassment and pornographic material, that offends or does not respect the principles of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms or Facebook's rules, is prohibited and will be deleted.
  • Links to the content of external websites deemed inappropriate are not permitted and will be removed, as will off-topic or repetitive postings.

Content

  • Messages containing confidential information, such as personal information, are prohibited and will be systematically deleted.

Advertising

  • It is forbidden to publish advertisements, real or disguised, including comments promoting products, services or another social platform (Facebook page or group, Twitter account, LinkedIn group, etc.). Such advertisements and comments will be deleted.

Language Quality

  • Messages written in phonetic mode or in SMS language whose interpretation is confusing may be deleted. In general, only messages written in French or English may be published.

Complaints and reporting

  • Any visitor who notices a comment that does not correspond to this policy can report it to us through private messaging, by sending a message or a screenshot.
