Express Sleep
On-site kiosk - Minimum of 3 hours
- Awareness and education activity in the form of a kiosk.
- Possibility of a conference with additional costs.
$150 / hour

Elite Sleep
1 consultation
- Clinical evaluation and screening for sleep disorders.
- Presentation of a care plan for the management of sleep disorders. (Additional fees apply for diagnostic tests and therapeutic options)
- Sharing of personalized recommendations for the improvement of sleep habits.
$175 / consultation

Insomnia treatment
3 consultations
- Consultations with a respiratory therapist: initial consultation, personalized action plan and follow-up.
- Sharing of concrete techniques and sustainable tools to regain quality sleep.
The purpose of this program is to provide effective and tailored treatment for chronic insomnia by focusing on behavioral components such as stimulus control and sleep restriction. This program is also intended for individuals who work irregular hours or are dissatisfied with the duration and/or quality of their sleep.

A program supervised by our medical department, providing the support needed to get back to a good night's sleep
