Votre mandat

Vous serez responsable d’assurer l’installation, la configuration, l’administration, la disponibilité, la sécurité, la stabilité, la gestion de la performance et de la capacité des systèmes, ainsi que de la gestion de l’évolution de l’infrastructure du matériel et des logiciels impliquants ou non des fournisseurs externes, ceci en mode opérationnel ou projet.


 

Les rôles et responsabilités

  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement, la disponibilité et la fiabilité des systèmes (Azure, Vmware, Windows, Citrix, Cisco UCS, SAN Nimble);
  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les logiciels de l’infrastructure système;
  • Contrôler les systèmes ou serveurs ainsi que les autorisations d'accès;
  • Planifier, documenter et exécuter les procédures nécessaires à l’exploitation;
  • Assurer l’application des normes de sécurité à l’infrastructure et participer à son évolution;
  • Gérer la surveillance et le suivi des alertes des services;
  • S’assurer que tous les systèmes ont un processus de sauvegarde des données;
  • Participer aux projets de développement lorsque requis;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches inhérentes à la fonction et/ou à la demande du superviseur immédiat.

Lieu et horaire de travail

  • Poste permanent à temps plein : 37,5 heures par semaine;
  • En télétravail avec présence ponctuelle au siège social de Brossard.

 Le profil recherché

  • Avoir au moins 7 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
  • Être expert VMware, SAN, Cisco UCS;
  • Être expert de la gestion d’environnement Citrix;
  • Maitriser l’outil SCCM de Microsoft;
  • Être familier de la gestion de l’environnement NetScaler;
  • Être familier de l’application de sauvegarde Veeam;
  • Maîtriser la gestion d’Active Directory;
  • Être familier de l’environnement Azure (infonuage);
  • Être familier de l’architecture réseau (routage et réseau étendu);
  • Être familier de l’administration de Pare-Feu Cisco Pix/ASA;
  • Connaître Linux (atout);
  • Démontrer d’excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle et la communication;
  • Maîtriser la résolution de problème et le dépannage;
  • Être doué pour les relations interpersonnelles et travailler en équipe;
  • Avoir le sens des responsabilités et faire preuve d’autonomie;
  • Avoir le sens de l’analyse et de l’organisation;
  • Être sensible à la sécurité et au plan de relève technologique;
  • Faire preuve d’éthique et d’intégrité.
