Votre mandat

L’infirmier(ère) volant(e) travaille en collaboration avec l’équipe de professionnels de santé en entreprise. Il est responsable d’effectuer les services reliés à la santé au travail, soit, le dépistage et de tests requis selon le protocole et les particularités de chaque client corporatif. Le travail peut être effectué majoritairement en clinique ou directement chez le client en entreprise. L’assignation est donnée par le service de la coordination selon l’horaire, les secteurs attitrés et les besoins de nos différents clients corporatifs.
 

Les rôles et responsabilités

  • Effectuer les examens requis au protocole : audiogramme, optométrie, ponction veineuse, spirométrie, dépistage de drogues, etc.;
  • Effectuer des tests de dépistage de la COVID en clinique et/ou en entreprise;
  • Effectuer le suivi des traitements ou recommandations du médecin suite aux examens en clinique;
  • Dispenser différents services tels que la prise de pression, l’installation ou le changement de pansements, lavage d’oreille, etc.;
  • Effectuer des injections intramusculaires, intradermiques ou sous-cutanées requis dans la mise à jour du carnet de vaccination du patient;
  • Procéder à l’évaluation et à la classification des dossiers et à la remise des résultats aux clients corporatifs;
  • Collaborer avec le personnel, médecins et réceptionnistes;
  • S’assurer de la disponibilité des instruments nécessaires à la bonne marche de la clinique;
  • S’assurer du respect des normes requises par les protocoles et se conformer aux réglementations en vigueur;
  • Aviser immédiatement son supérieur de toute anomalie dans les processus de contrôle de qualité de son secteur;
  •  La liste des tâches et responsabilités énumérées ci-haut n’est pas limitative et est sujette à changement suivant les besoins de l’employeur.  L’employé(e) peut aussi être tenu(e) d’accomplir toute autre tâche connexe lorsque requis par l’employeur. Lieu et horaire de travail

  • Poste permanent, temps plein; 37.5 heures par semaine;
  • Point de service de référence : 4105 Boul. Matte, Brossard, J4Y 2P4.
  • Disponibilités requises :
    • au moins 5 avant-midis sur 7 jours (6h00 à 12h00);
    • au moins 2 après-midis (lundi au vendredi : 12h00 à 18h00);
    • 1 fin de semaine sur deux.

 Le profil recherché

  • Détenir un DEC en soins infirmiers;
  • Être membre en règle de l’ordre professionnel OIIQ;
  • Posséder 2 années d’expérience;
  • Expérience en santé au travail, un atout;
  • Expérience en PAP test et suivi ITSS, un atout;
  • Posséder sa carte de certification pour le RCR;
  • Avoir des habiletés en analyse et résolution de problèmes ainsi que dans la gestion des priorités;
  • Être autonome, débrouillard et proactif;
  • Être capable de travailler en équipe et de faire face à des situations urgentes;
  • Assurer un service à la clientèle adéquat;
  • Être à l’aise avec l’informatique constitue un atout.
