Appointment for the Immigration Medical Examination - Laval
Before selecting your appointment type
FOR ADULTS 15 YEARS OF AGE AND OVER, please select the "Adult 15 YEARS OF AGE AND OVER" option. A separate appointment must be booked for each adult requiring an immigration medical examination.
FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN 14 YEARS OF AGE AND UNDER, please select the "Family WITH CHILDREN 14 YEARS OF AGE AND UNDER" option. Only one appointment must be booked for all members of the same family with children 14 years old and under and you will then have to send us the information of each member by email. Please follow the instructions when making your appointment and when you receive your confirmation by email.

- Refugee - Asylum Seekers (after validation by the Interim Federal Health Program (IFH), administered by Medavie Blue Cross) (0$)
Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for the results to be sent to Immigration Canada.
