Le superviseur services à la clientèle corporative, est responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la supervision des opérations courantes du service à la clientèle de la division de santé au travail de Biron. Il s’assure d’atteindre les objectifs de qualité, de service et de productivité. Il doit de veiller à intégrer une saine gestion du changement afin d’amener l’équipe du service à la clientèle à offrir une prestation de service exceptionnelle, basée sur les valeurs et l’image de Biron. Il assure, en collaboration avec différentes équipes de Biron, le maintien des relations d’affaires avec les clients internes et externes ainsi que les fournisseurs à travers le Canada.

Les rôles et responsabilités

  • Assurer un service qui surpasse les attentes de la clientèle en veillant à la couverture et la disponibilité du personnel selon les besoins ;
  • Coordonner et superviser la répartition des tâches dans l’équipe;
  • Effectuer les suivis des demandes clients particulières ou des plaintes en amenant des solutions concrètes pour améliorer l’expérience client;
  • Assurer le maintien et le développement du réseau de partenaires pancanadiens;
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les employés et promouvoir un environnement de collaboration, en respectant les processus d’affaires en vigueur ;
  • Soutenir l'opérationnalisation des nouveaux clients complexes et assurer les ajustements en cours de mandat afin de maximiser l’expérience client;
  • S’assurer du maintien de la formation et du développement des compétences de son personnel ;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements clés dans la prestation de service (transport, laboratoire, achat, entrepôt);
  • Veiller à l’embauche, l’orientation, à l’encadrement et à l’évaluation du rendement de son personnel en lien avec l’expérience client et les tâches administratives ;
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de rendement, identifier les écarts et y apporter des solutions ;
  • Collaborer à l’élaboration du budget de son département et s’y conformer;
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration, à l'application et à la mise à jour des normes, des systèmes, des politiques de gestion et des programmes de son département dans le respect des obligations légales et administratives.

Lieu et horaire de travail

  • Poste permanent à plein (37,5 heures par semaine);
  • Horaire : Du lundi au vendredi;
  • Lieux de travail : Siège social – 4105 boulevard Matte, Brossard, J4Y 2P4 – Lorsque la situation reviendra à la normale prévoir 3 jours sur 5 au bureau et 2 en télétravail.

 Le profil recherché

  • Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires;
  • Posséder de 4 à 6 années d’expérience en coordination dans un domaine connexe;
  • Détenir une expérience en santé au travail (un atout);
  • Être bilingue tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (français/anglais);
  • Posséder une excellente maîtrise des outils de la suite Microsoft Office;
  • Travailler de façon autonome, être débrouillard et avoir de l’initiative;
  • Être capable de travailler en équipe, avec des échéanciers serrés, sur différents dossiers simultanément et de faire face à des situations urgentes;
  • Avoir des habiletés prouvées en analyse et résolution de problèmes ainsi que dans la gestion des priorités;
  • Avoir des habiletés prouvées au niveau du service à la clientèle;
  • Capacité de gérer son temps, ses priorités et son stress;
  • Communiquer adéquatement en tout temps;
  • Avoir des habiletés de planification, de coordination et d’affectation des ressources humaines et matérielles.
