En tant que conseiller principal, acquisition de talents, vous aurez la responsabilité, tout en effectuant du recrutement de volume, de développer des stratégies, programmes et initiatives dynamiques de recrutement des talents afin de répondre aux besoins opérationnels et stratégiques de l’entreprise.  Spécialiste des réseaux sociaux et des tendances novatrices en recrutement, vous coordonnerez les meilleures pratiques d’acquisition de personnel de différents niveaux en collaboration avec les partenaires d'affaires en ressources humaines. Pour se faire, vous déterminerez les mesures d'amélioration des processus, vous vous assurerez de l’adaptation des outils aux différents besoins et réalités et en assurerez le suivi à des fins d’amélioration continue.

Vous serez également responsable de l'élaboration de projets qui soutiennent la stratégie globale de recrutement de talents.
Notre candidat est une personne structurée, axée sur le service à la clientèle ainsi que sur la compréhension des stratégies d’entreprise et possédant de solides notions en gestion de changement. 

Les rôles et responsabilités

  • Agir en tant qu'expert en matière de recrutement de talents et effectuer un diagnostic formel ayant pour but d'examiner et d'évaluer les programmes actuels de recrutement de talents ;
  • Procéder à toutes les étapes du processus de recrutement : affichages de postes, tri de CV, entrevues téléphoniques, coordination des rencontres et des tests psychométriques, entrevues de sélection, vérification de références, examens médicaux pré-emplois, etc.;
  • Revoir les outils actuels de présélection, d'évaluation et de sélection des candidats et déployer, en collaboration avec l’équipe RH, des solutions novatrices visant à accroître l'efficacité du processus de recrutement ;
  • Recommander, élaborer et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques en matière d’acquisition de talents (technologies, processus, évaluation, entrevue, expérience du candidat et du gestionnaire) ;
  • Évaluer les modes d'utilisation des médias sociaux et déterminer d'autres moyens d'en optimiser les impacts et, le cas échéant, proposer des alternatives ;
  • Entretenir les relations avec les fournisseurs de services de recrutement de talents ainsi que les ordres professionnels lorsque nécessaire ;
  • Développer et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les diverses institutions de formation et responsables des stages ; 
  • Veiller à l’actualisation des informations retrouvées dans l’outil de collaboration RH ; 
  • Élaborer et surveiller l’analyse des données selon un cycle hebdomadaire, mensuel et trimestriel. Fournir des analyses et recommander des stratégies et des mesures pour le développement des processus d’acquisitions des meilleurs talents ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de Marketing et de Communication afin d'accroitre la marque employeur ;
  • Offrir aux candidats une expérience remarquable à tous les niveaux du processus de recrutement ;
  • Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de recherche et l’approche proactive de candidats (chasse de têtes), le réseautage, les références internes, l’organisation et la tenue d’évènements et de webinaires.

Lieu et horaire de travail

  • Poste permanent à plein (37,5 heures par semaine)
  • Horaire : Du lundi au vendredi
  • Lieux de travail : Siège social – 4105 boulevard Matte, Brossard, J4Y 2P4 – Télétravail jusqu’à nouvel ordre

 Le profil recherché

  • Détenir un baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou en relations industrielles;
  • Détenir un minimum de 8 années d’expérience pertinente à l’emploi ;
  • Fortes connaissances et compétences en médias sociaux relativement à l'image de marque de l'employeur ;
  • Connaissance des meilleures pratiques d'acquisition de talents et de recherche de candidats ;
  • Être membre en règle de l’Ordre (CRHA ou CRIA) constitue un atout ;  
  • Maitriser les logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office ;
  • Être apte à travailler sous pression, savoir gérer les priorités ;
  • Être flexible, disponible et capable de s’adapter rapidement, faire preuve d’autonomie et de débrouillardise;
  • Détenir une bonne capacité d’analyse ;
  • Faire preuve d’une bonne tolérance à l’ambiguïté ;
  • Faire preuve de discrétion, tact et diplomatie ;
  • Bilinguisme requis.
