Au sein de l’équipe d’Excellence opérationnelle, le titulaire du poste agit à titre d’expert-conseil auprès des clients internes, principalement lors d’initiatives de transformation apportant des changements stratégiques au sein de l’organisation. Il se concentre sur l’aspect humain des changements liés au processus d’affaires et technologiques tout en respectant des standards et normes méthodologiques de gestion du changement reconnues. De plus, il est appelé à travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe du bureau de projets, les Partenaires d’affaires Ressources humaines, ainsi qu’avec l’ensemble des unités d’affaires et départements afin de les outiller, de les appuyer et de mobiliser les efforts vers un but commun.

Les rôles et responsabilités

  • Exercer un rôle-conseil en collaboration avec les gestionnaires et au sein des équipes de projets sur le choix des stratégies de gestion de changement en utilisant une méthodologie d’analyse structurée, en mettant en œuvre des plans d’actions appropriés et en conservant les aspects humains au cœur du changement;
  • Élaborer des stratégies de gestion du changement qui appuient l’adoption des changements nécessaires à la mise en œuvre d’un projet ou d’une initiative et qui permettent l’atténuation des risques éventuels associés à la mise en place de changement;
  • Établir des relations de collaboration en vue d’effectuer des interventions efficaces notamment afin de proposer des plans d’action adaptés à leur besoin en gestion du changement;
  • Soutenir et évaluer en continu, en partenariat avec les différents départements et lignes d’affaires, l’implantation et l’adhésion au changement;
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de la pratique de gestion du changement au sein de l’organisation et contribuer activement à son adoption;
  • Préparer, animer et contribuer aux ateliers de travail de gestion du changement
  • Définir et rédiger des plans de communication, des messages clé, des mémos, des présentations aux parties prenantes, messages sur l’intranet, etc. avec les partenaires clé internes;
  • Développer et perfectionner les outils et les pratiques liés à la gestion de changement qui répondent le mieux aux besoins de l’organisation et favoriser la compréhension et l’utilisation de ces derniers par les gestionnaires et agents de changement;
  • Assurer l’intégration et le respect des orientations, encadrements, pratiques et valeurs organisationnelles au sein des équipes;
  • Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs fixés du plan stratégique annuel.

Lieu et horaire de travail

  • Poste permanent à temps complet – 37,5 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi;
  • Lieu de travail : Siège social de Brossard – en télétravail jusqu’à nouvel ordre.

 Le profil recherché

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en ressources humaines ou dans une discipline connexe pertinente;
  • Détenir cinq (5) à dix (10) ans d’expérience pertinente en gestion du changement – toute combinaison d’expérience jugée pertinente, sera considérée;
  • Posséder une formation et/ou une certification reconnue en gestion du changement constitue un fort atout;
  • Avoir de l’expérience de gestion du changement dans un contexte d’implantation de nouveaux outils technologiques, plus spécifiquement un logiciel de planification des ressources d’entreprise (ERP) et de transformation liée à des projets technologiques;
  • Capacité d’agir à titre de coach et de contributeur actif favorisant la collaboration au sein des équipes;
  • Être reconnu pour sa forte pensée stratégique, son sens politique, sa capacité d’analyse et de mise en perspective;
  • Aptitudes définies en communication orales et écrites, démontrer une grande capacité d’influence ainsi qu’une aisance relationnelle avec tous les niveaux hiérarchiques;
  • Détenir une formation en amélioration continue ou en gestion des processus d’affaires constitue également un atout;
  • Bilinguisme;
  • Connaissance intermédiaire/avancée des logiciels de la suite Office.
