Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Finance, le contrôleur d’affaires appuie le vice-président et chef de la direction financière et administration, le vice-président ventes et opération, le chef de la direction et la directrice finance dans la production d’analyses financières précises pour contribuer au processus décisionnel de la direction. Il contribue au succès global de Biron par une gestion efficace axée sur la performance opérationnelle en respectant les échéanciers, en analysant les principaux indicateurs de performances et en appliquant les mesures adéquates, lorsque requises. Enfin, il travaille, avec l’équipe d’analystes financiers sous sa supervision, comme partenaire financier auprès des intervenants internes et accompagne ces derniers dans la gestion de leurs activités.
 

Les rôles et responsabilités

  • Réviser les tendances et les résultats envisagés pour l’entreprise afin de soutenir la haute direction dans le processus décisionnel;
  • Recommander des KPI pour mesurer la performance financière et opérationnelle des lignes d’affaires afin de maximiser la productivité;
  • Analyser les détails financiers des opérations passées, présentes et futures afin d’identifier des opportunités d’affaires et cibler les secteurs à améliorer;
  • En collaboration avec les analystes financiers, travailler avec les opérations dans l’identification des axes d’amélioration et d’optimisation.
  • Analyser et interpréter des statistiques, des indicateurs (KPI) et des informations comptables afin d’estimer les résultats opérationnels en regard de la profitabilité et de la performance;
  • Contribuer à la préparation des budgets, des prévisions financières et la planification stratégique
  • Participer activement aux réunions d’équipe et fournir des solutions constructives dans le but de rencontrer les objectifs de ventes et le BAIIA d’exploitation.
  • Agir comme formateur, personne-ressource et guide auprès de ses collaborateurs.
  • Instaurer et maintenir diverses procédures de planification et de contrôle des opérations;
  • Participer à l’élaboration, à l’implantation et au maintien des politiques, objectifs, planifications à court et longs termes et entreprendre des projets spéciaux, mandats et recherches de requis de performance;

Lieu et horaire de travail

  • Poste permanent à temps complet – 37,5 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi;
  • Lieu de travail : Siège social de Brossard – en télétravail jusqu’à nouvel ordre.

 Le profil recherché

  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire en comptabilité ou l’équivalent et un titre comptable professionnel;
  • Posséder plus de 15 années d’expérience en contrôle d’entreprise au niveau de l’analyse financière et en agissant comme Partenaire d’affaires financier;
  • Détenir une expérience en modélisation financière
  • Être bilingue tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (français/anglais);
  • Posséder une excellente maîtrise des outils de la suite Microsoft Office;
  • Posséder une bonne connaissance des entreprises et des principes de gestion impliqués dans la planification stratégique, l’affectation des ressources et la coordination des personnes et des ressources;
  • Connaissance du domaine de la santé ou tout autre modèle d’affaires similaire impliquant des revenus mensuels récurrents (atout);
  • Posséder une bonne connaissance des finances, de la comptabilité, des budgets et des principes de contrôle des coûts incluant IFRS pour analyser les données financières et préparer les rapports et états financiers ainsi que les prévisions budgétaires;
  • Posséder une bonne connaissance des réglementations financières provinciale et nationale;
