Dans la première année de son mandat, le titulaire occupe temporairement le poste de Superviseur approvisionnement et est responsable des activités de la chaîne d’approvisionnement de la gestion de la demande à la gestion des inventaires. Il dirige activement son équipe de trois employés dans l’articulation et la mise en place des meilleures pratiques de la chaîne d’approvisionnement pour Biron, ainsi que dans la préparation de l’implantation de Dynamics 365. Dans sa deuxième année de mandat et les années suivantes, le titulaire du poste occupe le poste d’analyse chaîne d’approvisionnement au sein de la même équipe. Il collabore alors activement à l’implantation de Dynamics 365 dans l’élaboration des scénarios de test, la production de la documentation adéquate et de sa valorisation future. Il accompagne également les équipes à réaliser ce projet et les appuie également à travers les différents projets organisationnels de croissance et de transformation à titre de représentant de l’équipe approvisionnement.

  • Assurer un approvisionnement optimal des produits en fonction de la gestion de la demande, et en tenant compte des capacités logistiques telles que la réception et l’entreposage
  • Contribuer à l’identification et l’atteinte des objectifs de niveaux d’inventaires, de précision d’inventaire de taux de service et de rotation des stocks
  • Identifier et superviser la mise en œuvre et l'amélioration continue des processus de gestion de la demande, des approvisionnements et de la gestion des stocks en implantant les meilleures pratiques d’affaires
  • Élaborer les indicateurs de performances et les suivre avec l’équipe afin de maximiser l’atteinte des objectifs fixés
  • Veiller à la gestion des contrats et l’établissement des standards, de leur renouvellement et négociation tout en établissant et maintenant des relations d’affaires fournisseurs

  • Comprendre, documenter et convertir les besoins opérationnels en exigences fonctionnelles en recourant aux meilleures pratiques dans le domaine de la chaîne d’approvisionnement
  • Participer à la recherche de solutions novatrices et conseiller sur les améliorations potentielles pouvant accroître l'efficacité des processus et mieux répondre aux besoins clients actuels et futurs
  • Documenter les processus et procédures chaîne d'approvisionnement afin de promouvoir l'adoption des meilleures pratiques d’affaires
  • Se tenir au fait des pratiques courantes relatives à Dynamics 365, aux autres outils technologiques et aux meilleures pratiques du marché en matière de chaîne d’approvisionnement

Lieu et horaire de travail

  • Lieu de travail :  Siège social - 4105 boulevard Matte, Brossard, J4Y 2P4;
  • Horaire du lundi au vendredi – 37.5 heures/semaine;
  • Poste permanent, temps plein.

 Le profil recherché

  • Détenir un baccalauréat en Administration des affaires option gestion des opérations et de la logistique ou détenir un titre de professionnel en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (PGCA);
  • Détenir une expérience de plus de 10 ans en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnements, dont au moins 5 à titre de gestionnaire;
  • Membre de Chaîne d’approvisionnement Canada/APICS (atout);
  • Posséder une excellente maîtrise des outils de la suite Microsoft Office;
  • Maîtriser un système informatique intégré (ERP) tel que Microsoft Dynamics AX365
  • Faire preuve d’un bon leadership direct et indirect
  • Avoir le désir de faire avancer les choses et de travailler activement en amélioration continue
  • Avoir la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément, de bien gérer les priorités et de travailler dans un environnement dynamique
  • Excellent sens client de façon à bien répondre aux besoins et offrir un service de qualité
  • Bilinguisme parlé et écrit (français-anglais)
