L’Infirmier(ère) en point de services travaille en collaboration avec l’équipe de professionnels sur place. Il est responsable d’effectuer les services diagnostique ou thérapeutique requis pour son client en conformité avec les procédures de l’entreprise. Le travail peut être effectué dans différents points de services tels qu’en centre de prélèvement, en entreprise ou à domicile. L’assignation est donnée par le service de la coordination selon l’horaire, les secteurs attitrés et les besoins de nos différents points de services.


Les rôles et responsabilités

  • Communiquer, si requis, avec le client avant le rendez-vous pour compléter le dossier et répondre à ses demandes;
  • Présenter les services de l’entreprise aux clients, patients et médecins s’il y a lieu;
  • Collaborer avec le personnel des cliniques, médecins et réceptionnistes;
  • Recevoir les plaintes des clients, patients ou médecins, tenter de les résoudre;
  • Remplir les différents formulaires, vérifier les coordonnées du client, procéder à la réception du paiement des services et identifier les spécimens;
  • Effectuer selon l’ordonnance, les prélèvements par ponction veineuse, capillaires ou autre;
  • Effectuer différents services tels que l’électrocardiogramme, la prise de pression, l’audiogramme et le dépistage visuel;
  • Prodiguer, selon ses compétences, des soins infirmiers variés tels que :
    • des injections intramusculaires, intradermiques ou sous-cutanées;
    • des évaluations de patients;
    • des suivis de dossiers.
  • Effectuer, selon ses compétences, les suivis requis en santé du travail;
  • Stabiliser les échantillons et les préparer pour le transport;
  • Effectuer, selon les besoins, les transports des spécimens vers le laboratoire central;
  • S’assurer du respect des normes requises par les protocoles et se conformer aux réglementations en vigueur.

Lieu et horaire de travail

  • Poste permanent à temps partiel – 53 heures par période de deux semaines 
  • Lieux de travail :
    • Biron - Siège social : 4105, Boulevard Matte Brossard
    • Biron Brossard – 9090 Boulevard Leduc, Local 180B, Brossard (1 samedi sur deux seulement) 
  • Horaire de travail :
    • Mercredi : 6h15 à 13h00
    • Jeudi : 6h15 à 16h15
    • Vendredi : 13h00 à 16h15
    • 1 samedi sur deux : 6h45 à 15h15
    • 1 samedi sur deux : 7h45 à 12h15 sur le Boulevard Leduc
Horaire et lieu de travail sujets à changement selon les besoins opérationnels.

 Le profil recherché

  • Détenir un DEC en soins infirmiers;
  • Être membre en règle de l’OIIQ;
  • Posséder une expérience en prélèvement constitue un atout;
  • Posséder sa carte de certification pour le RCR constitue un atout;
  • Bilinguisme requis – Français et anglais;
  • Pouvoir dispenser les services en lien avec la profession;
  • Être orienté service à la clientèle;
  • Savoir écouter et travailler en équipe;
  • Avoir la maîtrise de soi et faire preuve d'autonomie;
  • Maîtriser la résolution de problèmes et prendre des décisions adéquates.
