Votre rôle est important
Relevant de la Superviseure, Comptes à recevoir, vous vous verrez confier différentes responsabilités en lien avec les comptes recevablòes d’une ou plusieurs de nos lignes d’affaires. Votre polyvalence et votre compréhension tant de la facturation, des encaissements et du recouvrement seront amplement mises à profit.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Effectuer l’entrée de données dans divers logiciels concernant les comptes à recevoir (saisie de factures et autres);
  • Participer au processus de facturations des clients et préparer les rapports spécifiques pour certains clients sur une base hebdomadaire, mensuelle ou autres;
  • Rencontre avec les clients et les représentants sur TEAMS afin de clarifier les exigences relatives à la facturation;
  • À partir de l’âge des comptes clients sélectionner, analyser, réconcilier les comptes en souffrance et contacter les clients afin de rapidement régler les situations problématiques et accélérer le paiement des sommes dues;
  • Générer les états de comptes et les lettres de relance pour les clients B2B et B2C;
  • Maintenir le nombre de jours de recouvrement sous le seuil identifié par son gestionnaire;
  • Agir à titre de personne-ressource pour tous les intervenants;
  • Traitement des courriels entrants et répondre aux appels entrants des clients B2B et B2C;
  • Effectuer le travail clérical du service en classant des documents, en effectuant la mise à jour informatique des dossiers ou tout autre document demandé par son supérieur immédiat;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

Important à savoir:

  • Poste permanent à temps complet – 37,5 heures par semaine;
  • Mode hybride | 1 journée minimum par semaine exigée au siège social de Brossard.

Vous possédez:
  • Diplôme d'études collégiales en comptabilité ou administration (DEC);
  • Au moins trois ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire incluant du recouvrement;
  • Bilinguisme à l’oral et à l’écrit (français et anglais);
  • Expérience de travail avec la clientèle B2B (atout);
  • Maîtrise de la suite Office;  
  • Expérience de travail avec un système ERP (atout);
  • Bon niveau d’autonomie;
  • Capacité à communiquer et travailler en équipe.
