Votre mandat

Relevant du Directeur, Développement et ingénieirie logicielle, vous serez responsable de gérer l’équipe de développement, d’assurer leur montée en compétences et leur performance globale. Vous agirez à titre de chef d’orchestre et facilitateur pour votre équipe afin d’assurer l’avancement et le succès des projets de développement logiciel.

Grâce à votre leadership de proximité, votre fort relationnel et vos aptitudes communicationnelles, vous assurerez une saine gestion des projets de développement tout en formant, encadrant et motivant l’équipe en place.
 

Les rôles et responsabilités

  • Mettre en place, diriger et coordonner les activités de l’équipe sous sa gouverne (développeurs, QA, DevSecOps)
  • Assurer la gestion des ressources humaines sous sa responsabilité (activités de dotation, évaluation de la performance, coaching, formation, développement de carrière, etc.);
  • Établir de solides relations interpersonnelles avec ses pairs et les autres intervenants clés pouvant contribuer à faciliter la réalisation des projets;
  • Collaborer avec la direction et l’équipe de développement dans l’objectif de définir la vision, effectuer la planification et arriver à la mise en oeuvre et au suivi du maintien;
  • Rédiger des rapports sur l'ensemble des projets tout en respectant les indicateurs de performance établis;
  • Gérer les activités d’évolution et support pour l’ensemble des applications d’affaires de l’entreprise.

Lieu et horaire de travail

  • Poste permanent à temps plein (37,5 heures par semaine)
  • Poste admissible au télétravail avec rencontres ponctuelles au siège social
  • Siège social – 4105, Boulevard Matte, Brossard (QC) J4Y 2P4

 Le profil recherché

  • Un diplôme universitaire en systèmes d’information ou en informatique ou toute expérience équivalente
  • Envion 10 ans en développement logiciel incluant une expérience à titre de responsable ou de chef d’équipe
  • Maîtriser des technologies web front-end et back-end
  • Maîtriser les plateformes Microsoft Azure et Microsoft Azure DevOps, un fort atout
  • Expérience avec la méthodologie Agile
  • Certification Scrum Master, un atout
  • Un leadership rassembleur et inspirant et une capacité à rallier dans le changement
  • Un haut niveau d’écoute et d’humilité
  • Un esprit analytique
